Nu-Lite utilises the strong solid characteristics of conventional methods with the enhanced versatility of sheet substrate installed over a nominal 20mm cavity creating a product which will out perform rival products in a multitude of applications.

Utilising compressed cement sheet as a substrate Nu-Lite adds not only aesthetic value but essential (BU's) bracing units to your buildings structural integrity.

The Revolutionary Nu-vent

For those who prefer the look of clean same plane walls to ground level Nu-Age has developed the revolutionary Nu-Vent. Nu-Vent is an aesthetically pleasing solution to ventilate and drain cavity system claddings while providing a seamless wall plane to ground level. Complying with NZBC by allowing the cladding to terminate the required distance above ground level, draining and ventilating at that point, then continuing the wall plane with solid plastered floor slab edges, concrete blocks or other non-cavity based monolithic finishes.

Nu-Age provides quality consistent product mixes every time enabled by our advanced weighing and batching plant. Top quality sand is sourced from a reputable pit, extracted and thoroughly washed, the sand is dried by Nu-Age Plaster allowing us to carefully control moisture levels.

From this point the sand goes through the sieve process where any oversize particles are excluded to produce top quality sand of correct size.

Exact quantities of additives are individually weighed and combined to create precise mineral plaster recipes unique to Nu-Age Plaster.

The product is sealed in double skin 25kg bags to protect from external moisture sources and delivered to your site anywhere in New Zealand ready for application.

All Nu-Age Plasters cladding system component range are manufactured from the best quality uPVC or Stainless steel, eliminating the risk of corrosion and resultant plaster damage at reinforcing areas. The majority of these are derived from European countries such as Germany , where building standards and requirements are higher than in New Zealand .

This machinery provides accurate water flow to the dry bagged plaster mixes, and pumps the plaster on to the wall in a fraction of the time it takes to trowel on the product. For example, a standard three bedroom home could take a gang of 4-6 plasters 2-3 days to apply the base and mesh coats, whereas utilising an M-Tec mixing and pumping machine will take a team of 3 plasterers half a day to complete the same job with far superior application of the plaster. This results in lower building costs with time and labour savings.
